Overview
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Manager - Home Health. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in clinical operations, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role
This Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical programs, services, and employees of Aveanna Healthcare's home health division. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or hospice care and possess a strong understanding of OASIS principles.

Earning Potential
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, Aveanna Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a registered nurse licensure in the state of practice, obtain and maintain active CPR certification, and hold an associate degree. Preferred candidates will have experience working in Medicare-skilled nursing settings and a basic understanding of OASIS principles.
