Are you a dedicated Primary Care Physician seeking a new challenge in geriatrics? Pacific Companies, Inc. is currently offering a full-time or part-time locum tenens opportunity in the Inland Empire of California.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled physician to join our team as a Primary Care Locums Opportunity in the Inland Empire. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique chance to provide high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing medical services to patients aged 65 and above, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
The PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program we operate ensures continuity and quality of care through regular meetings between healthcare professionals, including dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. This collaborative approach enables us to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must possess a valid BC (Board Certification) and CA license. Previous experience in geriatric care and knowledge of the PACE Program's requirements are highly desirable.
Work EnvironmentThis opportunity offers a stable and secure work environment, with shifts Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, with an average of 8-10 patients per day, each visit lasting approximately 60-90 minutes.
Please note that this role requires flexibility and adaptability, as the workload may vary depending on the needs of our patients and the program.
CompensationWe offer an attractive compensation package, with an estimated salary range of $175,000 to $250,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. Your annual salary will be determined after careful consideration of your background and skills.
