Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Pennsylvania.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Physician who can provide high-quality primary care to senior patients in a center that offers comprehensive services, including a clinic area and senior day care.
This role involves working with an interdisciplinary team, providing coordinated care, and prioritizing patient needs.
About the RoleAs a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, coordinating specialist referrals, and ensuring timely follow-up appointments.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, each with unique needs and circumstances.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Requirements- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania
- Experience in geriatric care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
