About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
