Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and donors, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchases and donations.
- Donation Sorting and Pricing: Sort and price donations, ensuring that all items are accurately priced and ready for sale.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a safe and organized sales environment, including cleaning and restocking shelves, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate the Point-of-Sale cash register system, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
