Qualifications: A key requirement for this position is exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a positive attitude, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a deep commitment to the well-being of our patients, families, and colleagues.
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program (RN required; bachelor's degree preferred). A solid understanding of the necessary skills to provide care tailored to the specific population served in the Case Management Department is essential. Previous experience in acute care or community social agency case management is preferred.
