Home Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Home Health Care Assistant to provide assistance and companionship to a 21-year-old male. The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire and a minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting the client's condition, and ensuring a safe home environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
  • Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

Requirements

  • Valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field
  • Current CPR Certification preferred but not required
