We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of quality and client care that our company is known for.

This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about commercial construction processes, client-facing, and able to ensure that every project is completed with the utmost expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that clients are satisfied with the final product.
  • Supervise and manage construction teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with a General Contractor.
  • B.S. in a Construction-related degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a proven track record of upholding them.
