Job Summary:
The Cardiac Rhythm Observer plays a vital role in our Telemetry Surveillance Center, responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, identifying potential issues, and communicating critical information to the healthcare team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, applying and discontinuing telemetry services as instructed, and assisting the healthcare team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify potential issues
• Communicate critical information to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Apply and discontinue telemetry services as instructed
• Assist the healthcare team as needed

Requirements:
• 1 year of clinical experience in a related area (preferred)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Basic Life Support Certification (required)

Work Schedule:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Every other weekend, rotating shifts
