JOB OVERVIEW

Caliber Collision is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee comprehensive operations within our service center. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to risk management, team development, client satisfaction metrics, production oversight, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in recognizing and retaining skilled team members, analyzing current financial performance, and reviewing past financial data to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS ROLE CAN REACH:

$75K TO $95K plus performance bonuses

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the automotive sector or a mobile service environment Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

In-depth knowledge of Collision Estimating Prior experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Comprehensive understanding of repair processes and procedures, including scanning protocols Ability to comprehend both written and verbal instructions Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and adapting to a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients Physical capability to perform consistent activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
