Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Randstad USA. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Quality Control Checks: Regularly inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Processes: Collaborate with production teams to design and implement quality assurance procedures that promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance with Food Safety Regulations: Verify that all our products and processes comply with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
- Investigate and Address Customer Complaints: Thoroughly investigate customer complaints related to product quality and work with production teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of quality assurance activities and prepare reports for management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Train Staff on Quality Standards: Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures, ensuring that everyone is equipped to contribute to our quality goals.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that promote continuous quality improvement.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
