Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Zscaler Engineer to become part of our elite team of cloud security professionals.

In this position, the engineer will play a crucial role in deploying, managing, and optimizing Zscaler's comprehensive suite of security solutions to strengthen our enterprise clients' defenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and oversee Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate network and security challenges related to Zscaler services.
  • Conduct regular security assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure.
  • Stay informed about Zscaler products and services to recommend necessary upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users on best practices for Zscaler platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in emergency response teams to manage security incidents and conduct post-mortem analyses.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Zscaler Engineer or in a comparable role within cloud security.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zscaler products and administration, with ZCCA or ZCCP certification highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, including Zero Trust architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication and collaborative team dynamics.
  • Proficient in creating and managing security policies and protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
