Job Description

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly skilled Security Associate to join our team. As a Security Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our associates, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control access to all entry points, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.
  • Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems to identify potential security threats.
  • Patrol and secure areas inside and outside our facilities, responding promptly to any security incidents.
  • Administer first aid and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
  • Restrict inbound and outbound truck access at our Distribution Centers, ensuring the integrity of our supply chain.
  • Report and address safety concerns, working closely with our management team to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience or education in a Security-related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong public relations skills, with the ability to interact with associates, visitors, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background investigation and department training program.
