Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete life-cycle of construction projects, ensuring effective management of schedules, budgets, and resources.
2. Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and design partners.
3. Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach when navigating design changes and project challenges.
4. Engage in project estimating and prepare pre-construction budgets in collaboration with the superintendent.
5. Take ownership of the build budget and all related components.
6. Conduct value engineering with a focus on cost analysis and recommendations.
7. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with the in-house team.
8. Identify and manage subcontractors, overseeing all aspects from RFPs to contract completion.
9. Handle materials management, including submittals and change orders.
10. Ensure thorough documentation of the project, including safety records and communication files.
11. Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
12. Facilitate project closeout, including warranties and material schedules.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field, complemented by relevant experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Technical knowledge and ingenuity in materials.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and BlueBeam; experience with web-based applications is a plus.
