Job Description

We are seeking a talented Vacuum Forming Assistant to join our team at Pro Signs, a leading signage manufacturer based in Downingtown, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the vacuum forming machine and assisting in the assembly of CNC cut MDF molds.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the vacuum forming machine with precision and accuracy
  • Cutting plastic from coil or sheet to size for various projects
  • Assembly of CNC cut MDF molds to meet customer specifications
  • Working closely with the art room to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintaining daily setup for the next day, including loading the plastic dryer and setting timers
  • Managing and staging plastic waste for removal

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, overtime pay, and opportunities for professional growth.
