Job Overview

Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC is a rapidly growing telecom and infrastructure service provider in the western United States and Canada. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Legal team. As a remote worker, you will contribute to our company's growth while further developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract compliance by implementing contract lifecycle management for various contracts.
  • Manage all executed contracts and legal documents, ensuring they are properly organized, stored, and maintained in a comprehensive database.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately completed and executed by all parties.
  • Generate contractual reporting to ensure all contractual deadlines and conditions are being met.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract compliance.
  • Manage insurance and bond needs for various contracts, including obtaining and keeping accurate records of bonds, certificates of insurance, railroad protective liability policies, and pollution liability policies.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (or Associates' degree with comparable experience).
  • 5+ years' experience in contract management, legal support, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements in contracts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and telecom and/or construction-related experience is a bonus.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and shows sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and be able to prioritize workload.
  • Efficient, dependable, and ethical.

Annual Salary Range:

$65k-$75k
