Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role with a reputable company? We are seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our team at Schwan's Home Service.

Job Summary:

As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and delivering frozen foods to customers' homes while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route. You will work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and deliver frozen foods to customers while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route.
  • Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.
  • Receive 4-6 weeks of hands-on training from leaders who care and coach you to success.
  • Be responsible for seeking out and establishing new customers for the route system in the assigned areas.
  • Make sales presentations to prospective customers and inform customers of new products, promotional products, and any specials.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification.

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed daily-base pay with commission on a weekly basis.
