About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Supervisor. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our clinical team and providing expert guidance on behavior analysis and intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of our clients and develop intervention plans to address areas of identified need
  • Train and oversee direct staff and care providers to implement plans
  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of plans and trainings utilizing objective data
  • Revise plans and trainings as needed based on data-driven observations
  • Provide supervision to RBT candidates and/or certificants and BCBA candidates as required
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs to enhance clinical skills and advance within the organization
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), developmental disabilities, and/or other disorders
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification
