Key Responsibilities
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift heavy weights up to 90lbs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently for extended periods, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Record all weights of bulk meat daily and when delivered, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Cut all meat to specifications, record cut meat in a log, and determine meat yields, optimizing product quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Perform daily steak counts and create steak pars based on product mix, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of different cuts of beef, knife skills, food handlers safety, and basic math functions.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and maintain a high level of physical stamina.
