Verizon Network Manager

The Mobile Networks Business Lead will engage with customers to drive growth and profitability for Nokia's Mobile Networks business.
The successful candidate will have end-to-end accountability for Mobile Networks Business and Customer Relationships within the Customer Team, including safety, market share, orders, sales, sales margin, and contract execution.
Key responsibilities include delivering Customer Team performance, both financial and non-financial, as aligned with the larger Market / Market Unit performance targets.
The Mobile Networks Business Lead will own financial forecasting and demand planning accuracy for the respective Customer Team and support the Market's short- and long-term forecasting through disciplined pipeline management.
Additionally, the role will manage profitability, acting as the ultimate owner / decision-maker within the Customer Team to deliver against targets, both financial and non-financial.
The Mobile Networks Business Lead will design and execute business strategies and drive a performance management culture.

Proven Market Unit/CT management experience (P&L accountability)
At least six years of sales, people management experience running a broad team and driving/motivating team toward pursuit of net-new business
Ability to openly collaborate and build trust within own unit and across organizations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
