Job Summary

As a key member of our Guest Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a friendly and helpful shopping environment, and providing accurate and efficient transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently, including check cashing, bill payment, and ATM transactions
  • Assist with daily cash and sales activities, including maintaining a neat and clean work area
  • Train and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Communicate new policies and promotional programs to guests
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional math skills and basic literacy skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
