About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business System Analyst to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our core business functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and set up new stores in SAP and SQL
  • Document existing processes and procedures
  • Provide Tier 3 support for SAP and Winshuttle
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to POS, EDI, Banking, and BW interfaces
  • Complete work related to SOX controls and compliance
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to provide service and support
  • Drive complex SAP projects and initiatives
  • Provide production and end-user support for the SAP environment
  • Work with the Enterprise Solution Architect to understand and document the NGVC landscape
  • Own the solution architecture for multiple processes spanning multiple systems, including those external to SAP
  • Develop and execute test cases, including issue resolution and defect management
  • Translate business knowledge into technical aspects to support and improve the overall SAP solution
  • Own systems and business areas from change requests to technical solution approvals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business System Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business systems
  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience working in a SOX compliance environment and meeting SOX standards
