- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP reporting solutions.
- Leverage advanced SAP reporting tools and technologies to develop insightful and actionable reports.
- Design, configure, and deploy custom SAP reports using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Crystal Reports, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Fiori.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP modules and how they integrate with reporting functionalities.
- Develop innovative and out-of-the-box reporting solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reports are designed and developed according to specifications.
- Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing SAP reporting tools.
- Develop user documentation and support materials to facilitate effective use of reporting solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP reporting technologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing existing reporting solutions and processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of SAP reporting practices within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with a focus on SAP reporting.
- Expertise in SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Crystal Reports, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing custom reporting solutions in SAP.
- SAP certifications related to reporting and analytics are highly desirable.
