About the Role

This position supports the Antioch area by providing supportive resources, case management, skills enhancement, and community connections to strengthen and support families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strength-based relationships with youth and caregivers
  • Model positive behavior change through the creation of behavioral strategies
  • Assist in transitioning kids to the lowest level of care
  • Provide morale building, leadership development, role modeling, and overall support to the Family Specialist I
  • Continuously bring creativity and strength-based philosophy to the office and our families
Requirements
  • BA degree plus 2 years' experience working with children
  • AA degree plus 6 years' experience working with children
  • MHRS certification eligibility
  • MA degree in a mental health-related field plus 2 years related experience in a mental health setting

Compensation for this role pays up to $27.16 per hour. Compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location.
