About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Maintenance to join our team at Career Strategies. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our 70 senior living communities across 21 states.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in leading large teams and managing multiple locations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, as well as managing capital improvement budgets and projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing maintenance/facilities operations, preferably in the senior living, property management, multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong technical expertise in maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance programs and asset management.

The estimated salary for this position is around $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include great compensation, yearly bonus, and equity in the company.
