Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Client Relationships: Continuously nurture and manage client relationships while effectively showcasing the advantages of IBM's technological offerings.
  • Employ Solution-Selling Techniques: Utilize solution-oriented sales strategies to connect with decision-makers, evaluate and qualify prospects, and cultivate lasting partnerships.
  • Manage the Complete Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales journey, from responding to RFI/RFP requests to achieving essential performance metrics (KPIs). The emphasis is on securing new business and enhancing existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBM's Sales Ecosystem: Partner with IBM's sales network to strategize and implement sales initiatives, ultimately contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven Experience in Technology Sales: Actively pursuing new client acquisition.
  • Ability to Articulate Technology Solutions: Clearly communicating the business and financial benefits of technology solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Exhibiting persuasive and impactful communication and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Knowledge of Data & AI Market: Proficiency in the Data & AI sector to act as a trusted advisor to clients (training on IBM's Data & AI solutions will be provided).
  • Experience in Financial Services Sector: Understanding how Financial Services organizations utilize technology to meet their strategic objectives.
