Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Production Operations: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Production Schedules: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Lead a Team of Production Staff: Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Implement Quality Control Measures: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and Control Costs: Monitor and control costs associated with production, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical degree/certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment; prior experience with compressed gases, gas analysis, and gas lab equipment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, grasp, feel, and talk or hear; regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and move up to 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
