Great Opportunity for a Branch Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in the equipment rental industry? We're seeking a Branch Manager to join our team at American Rental Association.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service, and profitability. You will oversee sales efforts and business initiatives, prepare reports, and manage personnel matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, and drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center, and strong sales and customer service experience. You should also have effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
