Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, while promoting the university's mission and values. The ideal candidate will be a current Clayton State University student who is passionate about sharing their experience and knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct campus tours and provide information about the university's programs and services
  • Assist with recruitment events and activities, including setup and breakdown
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the Office of Recruitment and Admissions team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
Requirements
  • Must be a current Clayton State University student
  • Must be Federal Work Study eligible
  • Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and to provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of guests.
