Job Title: Air Force Clinical Social Worker

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Air Force Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team, you will provide critical services to individuals, families, and groups affected by intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior with children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegations meet criteria for maltreatment.
  • Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Coordinate services for families and monitor client participation and progress utilizing the modalities of social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records.
  • Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Work Environment:

This role requires standard office equipment and occasional travel, primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.

This is a full-time position with general hours of work from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, except for US Holidays.

Must obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance.
