Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a member of our Family Advocacy Program, you will provide critical services to support the well-being of Air Force families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups affected by maltreatment.
  • Provide prevention services to prevent family maltreatment.
  • Coordinate services for families and monitor client participation and progress.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills for clinical records.
  • Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Work Environment

This role requires standard office equipment and occasional travel for services. Travel is primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
