Position Overview:
  • Conduct routine and advanced laboratory examinations and procedures essential for diagnosing and treating diseases.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and computer systems efficiently.
  • Assess and document patient results utilizing independent judgment and expertise.
  • Participate in the upkeep of laboratory equipment and inventory.
  • Assist in the formulation of new testing procedures and instrumentation.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new staff and students.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at performance enhancement and safety protocols.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience is mandatory.

Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology is required.

Licensure/Certification:
Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology or the National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel is necessary.

Work Schedule:
Evening shifts on weekends.

Weekend Availability:
As required.

On-Call Duties:
Not applicable.
