Job Title: Pre-Litigation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Coordinator to join our team at Trevino Law Firm Inc. This role will be responsible for coordinating pre-litigation cases, communicating with clients and insurance carriers, and gathering evidence.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Job:

  • Case Management: Oversee and manage approximately 100 to 130 pre-litigation cases;
  • Insurance Claims: Contact third party and first party insurance carriers to open insurance claim;
  • Medical Information: Request, receive and document medical information;
  • Client Communication: Communicate and correspond with client regarding medical treatment and current symptoms;
  • File Reviews: Participate in file reviews;
  • Negotiation Team: Gather all necessary documents for negotiating team;

Requirements:

  • Possess a working knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation matters;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe, Internet. Comfortable learning case management software;
  • Professional appearance and "get it done" attitude;
  • The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required.
