Fabcon is a leading precast concrete producer with 7 facilities across 6 states. We are seeking Production Laborers to join our team in creating high-quality precast concrete sections.

Responsibilities:
  • Create forms for precast concrete sections, including walls, beams, columns, and stairs.
  • Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation.
  • Form concrete using screed boards, vibrators, and trowels.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, and tie guns.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery safely.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
Work Environment:
