Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Tech to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective imaging during electrophysiology procedures, minimizing radiation exposure for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fluoroscopy and circulate in the room during procedures, ensuring clear imaging and proper radiation safety.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot fluoroscopic equipment and electrophysiology diagnostic equipment.
  • Participate in the orientation of new employees as needed and work to ensure departmental compliance with approved budgets.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of EP supplies and addressing malfunctioning equipment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology School.
  • Current and valid NYS License in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of Radiology experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an electrophysiology lab, with experience with Hemodynamic monitoring systems used in EP Labs.
