Electrophysiology Tech Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Tech to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island. As an Electrophysiology Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective imaging of patients during electrophysiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform fluoroscopy and circulate in the room during procedures to ensure clear imaging and proper radiation safety.
  • Prep EP rooms and patients for procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain fluoroscopic equipment and electrophysiology diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote good patient outcomes during electrophysiology testing and treatment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Radiologic Technology School.
  • Current and valid NYS License in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
