Job Title: Lead Generation Business Development Manager

SPEED TO LEAD is a high-growth LinkedIn lead generation agency helping B2B companies and agencies substantially expand their client base through targeted outreach and strategic relationship building. We're seeking a Lead Generation Business Development Manager to take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive strategic vision and growth initiatives to expand client relationships and develop new market opportunities
  2. Build and lead a team of appointment setters to establish processes that maximize efficiency and profitability
  3. Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of B2B sales ecosystems and LinkedIn presence with connections with CEOs
  2. Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  3. Experience scaling companies and managing teams with a deep understanding of LinkedIn and social selling strategies
Compensation Structure:

Performance-based earnings with potential to make $40,000-$400,000+ monthly, requiring a small monthly investment for access to proprietary systems, advanced training, and operational tools.
