Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and team members to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and develop plans to mitigate or resolve them.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project/construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical and mechanical laws and codes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Project, is a must.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PE License and/or PMP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
