Job Title: Vice President of Operations

PA Inclusive, a leader in inclusive disability services, seeks a visionary leader to oversee the operational and program side of the company. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in the IDD Waiver System, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation employment services, and outcomes tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to various operational departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that promote efficiency and quality of services.
  • Lead and manage a team of directors, managers, and regional managers.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operations management role.
  • Ability to obtain state and agency-required employment certifications.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
