  • We are currently looking for a part-time GRILL COOK/ KITCHEN MANAGER to work approximately 30 hours per week. This dual role encompasses both culinary tasks and customer service responsibilities.
  • Location: This position is based at our training center.
  • Schedule: Enjoy a daylight schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with additional Saturday morning shifts available.
  • Requirements: Previous experience as a grill cook is essential, and customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Compensation: Starting pay is $18 per hour, commensurate with experience, with potential for full-time opportunities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria.
  • Prepare grill items to order in accordance with the daily menu.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, appearance, and temperature.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory and supply needs.
  • Adhere to the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Support team members whenever possible.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • This role requires physical mobility and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Standing and walking will be required throughout the shift.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary as this location is not accessible by public transit.
