Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as an outpatient Physical Therapist, providing high-quality care to patients in need of physical rehabilitation. The role involves developing and implementing individually designed treatment programs to help patients maintain, improve or restore physical functioning.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $2052.00 to $2364.00 per week, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, life insurance, accident and short-term disability coverage, free continuing education, and a competitive housing deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
  • Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
  • Administer manual exercises, modalities, and/or traction to help relieve pain, increase the patient's strength, and decrease or prevent deformity and crippling.
  • Oversee and direct patient care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience in Long Term Acute Care, Acute, Skilled, or Outpatient settings.
  • Compact PT license accepted.
  • BLS-AHA (Basic Life Support-American Heart Association) certification required.
  • ACLS-AHA (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support-American Heart Association) certification required.
