Physiotherapist Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at SpineZone. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical problems
• Conduct thorough evaluations, including manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and posture
• Collaborate with our medical director and referring providers to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care within our multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including encounter notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license from the state of California
• Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Certifications: Valid CPR Certificate
• Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive

Work Environment:

This position works in the physical therapy outpatient setting. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Compensation and Benefits:
