Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to clients in their homes, using our evidence-based developmental approach to care.
- Work closely with our Clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families, providing regular updates and support to ensure a seamless care experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in developmental care.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, working together to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., special education, child development) preferred.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, regularly get up and down from the floor, and actively engage with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to working with clients and families.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 6-10 hours per week.
