Job Summary

The Stock Associate plays a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. This position requires adaptability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Stockroom: Receive, process, and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Identify and report any potential security risks or inventory discrepancies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $ per hour, with a recruiting pay range of $ - $ per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
