ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Game Lands Maintenance Technician, you will undertake a variety of semi-skilled tasks and collaborate on additional responsibilities. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the maintenance, repair, and construction of essential infrastructure such as bridges, roads, parking areas, and gates.
- Supporting the posting of signs and managing shooting ranges.
- Participating in habitat management and mowing activities.
- Engaging in the surveying of new game land areas and monitoring existing properties for encroachments.
- Maintaining access for hunters and managing trails effectively.
- Utilizing herbicides, pesticides, and related equipment safely and appropriately.
This position provides a valuable chance to broaden your skill set and gain diverse experiences.
WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
- Standard work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.
- Compensation: The starting salary may be non-negotiable in certain cases.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential Experience and Training:
- At least one year of experience in laboring roles utilizing construction tools and equipment; or
- One year of farming experience with agricultural tools and equipment; or
- One year of experience operating construction equipment; or
- A combination of relevant experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- An active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent is required.
- You must obtain a Class A Commercial Driver's License within one year of employment.

- Ability to perform essential job functions is necessary.
