POSITION SUMMARY

Whether it involves fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning accommodations and communal areas, or similar duties, the Room Care Specialist ensures that the hotel’s ambiance contributes positively to the guest experience.

Regardless of the position held, certain elements are essential for success: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional.

Room Care Specialists will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in tasks that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and adopting a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).

Executing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable tasks as assigned) is vital for Room Care Specialists to ensure excellence for our guests and our business consistently.

The compensation for this role ranges from $20.15 to $21.15 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and various wellness benefits related to life and work.
