We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will assist in providing high-quality patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Vocational Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a vocational nursing program.
  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV certification.
  • 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
