About the Role

Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical team. As a night shift RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote health and safety in the hospital environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of North Carolina or a compact state.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or higher.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
