Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain clinical competence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
