Role Overview: The Receivables Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing branch receivables, recording payments to customer accounts, and maintaining accounts receivable records and collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post all payments to customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Generate and balance cash receipt journals, cash sales registers, and bank deposits.
  • Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheets.
  • Ensure all invoices are generated and sent to customers daily.
  • Process daily credit card deposits and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Conduct credit investigations and process credit applications in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account status and resolve payment claims.
  • Develop positive working relationships with customers and branch personnel.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and employees.
  • Proficient in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Able to solve practical problems and manage a variety of concrete variables.
